About Kathryn O’Hare
I started O'Hare Law because I believe estate planning should feel approachable — not intimidating. These are important decisions, and you deserve to understand them clearly and feel confident about the choices you're making.
I earned my law degree from the University of Kent in 2014 and began my legal career in London, England. After several years of practice there, I returned home to Canada and established O'Hare Law in Toronto, where I now work with individuals and families across the GTA.
My practice focuses on wills, estate planning, powers of attorney, and estate administration. Whether you're planning ahead or navigating the loss of a loved one, I take the time to understand your situation before making any recommendations — and I explain everything in plain English so you can make informed decisions with confidence.
I'm a member of the Ontario Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Toronto Lawyers' Association, and an associate member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. I also serve on the Executive Committee of the Canadian Bar Association's Wills, Estates and Trusts Law Section.
Appointments are available in person, by video, or by phone. Home visits can also be arranged where needed.
If you'd like to talk through your situation, I'd be happy to help.
