Founded by Kathryn O’Hare, her practice is focuses on wills, estate planning, and estate administration, helping individuals and families navigate important legal decisions with clarity, care, and confidence.

Kathryn earned her law degree from the University of Kent in 2014 and began her legal career in London, England. After several years of practice in London, she returned home to Canada and established O’Hare Law in Toronto, proudly serving clients across Ontario.

Kathryn is passionate about making the law accessible and easy to understand. She works closely with clients to guide them through both planning for the future and navigating the legal process after the loss of a loved one. Her goal is to simplify complex legal matters and provide practical advice so clients can move forward with confidence.

Kathryn is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, Canadian Bar Association, and Toronto Lawyers' Association, and is an associate member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. She also serves on the Executive Committee of the Canadian Bar Association’s Wills, Estates and Trusts Law Section.
